Subscription cancellation

You can cancel renewal at any time from the billing page in your Oogway account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You can continue using the paid allowance until that period ends, and you will not be charged for the next period.

Refund policy

Subscription payments and review add-ons are generally non-refundable. We do not normally provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time, unused reviews, or a change of mind.

We will review refund requests involving a duplicate charge, a payment that was captured without the purchased access being delivered, or circumstances where a refund is required by applicable law.

Requesting help or a refund

Email hi@oogway.io with your Oogway account email, payment reference, and a short description of the issue. Do not send card numbers, banking passwords, OTPs, or other sensitive payment credentials.

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time is determined by Razorpay, your bank, or your payment provider.
