No physical shipping

Oogway is a software service and browser extension. We do not sell or ship physical goods, and there are no shipping or handling charges.

How access is delivered

Free access is associated with your Oogway account. Paid subscriptions and review add-ons are applied electronically to the account used at checkout after payment is successfully confirmed.

Access is normally updated immediately. Occasionally, payment confirmation or account synchronisation may cause a short delay.

If access does not appear

First refresh the Oogway web app or sign out and back in. If the purchase still does not appear, email hi@oogway.io with the account email and payment receipt. Do not send card numbers, banking passwords, OTPs, or other sensitive payment credentials.
